Arguably one of the best parts about working at ABACI is the annual company trip. Hang out, relax, have fun, and strengthen bonds with your colleagues all while enjoying a sweet vacation. We’ve gone to Jamaica, New Orleans, and The Bahamas is up next!
Being remote certainly has its benefits — flexibility, comfort, fewer distractions — but the biggest drawback is the lack of community. You can’t just amble down the hall and strike up a conversation with a coworker when your office is your living room and the only other living creature in your space is a cat. We try our best to make our team feel connected and let everyone spend quality time together, so once a quarter, we fly the team out to Atlanta so they can meet, work onsite together, and build an even stronger sense of community.

One of the biggest aspects of ABACI’s culture is how much we genuinely get along with one another. Sure, we spend a ton of time together working on collaborative projects or teaching each other new skills, but when the workday ends, that interactive energy doesn’t!
